Things to Do
Biltmore House - Whether it's Springtime, Fall, or Christmas, people have come from all over the world to see this magnificent home. Don't Miss it!
Looking Glass Falls - as you make your way to this powerful water display, drive on the parkway, take in the Pisgah Fish Hatchery, Davidson River, and Brevard.
Mount Pisgah Hike - this hike is something anyone who loves rocks, trails, trees, and 360 degree views will LOVE! It's not easy, but if your are a hiker then it's a doable 45min steady effort.
Asheville Symphony - One of the true gems of Western NC, ASO brings in exceptional musicians/performing artists from all over the globe to perform in a variety of venues in town.
Asheville Drum Circle - Every Friday night as twilight descends on the mountains, the rhythmic beat of drums can be heard pulsing through the streets, marching out of Pritchard Park.
Eat
Celebrity’s Hot Dogs - Robert Presley is keeping Mr. Pruitt’s legacy for the best hot dogs in Enka-Candler alive and well.
GROVE PARK INN TERRECE- having dinner at Sunset is a MUST DO for folks who appreciate the history of Asheville. Movie stars, presidents, and sports stars have all stayed at this iconic hotel/resort.
Sand Hill Kitchen - We highly recommend the Breakfast Bowl with extra “goodness” sauce. For lunch you can’t go wrong with the classic Chicken Sandwich. Yes, it’s better than Chik-fil-a, even if it’s in a gas station.
Apollo Flame - This traditional Greek restaurant has the best Gyro sandwich, pizza, and sweet iced tea in WNC. Caution: can get very busy, in that case, take-out is exceptional.

Whether your wedding is at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church, in the backyard at LLoyd's house, or on the top of some mountain, WNC is a great place to tie the knot!
