HOW TO GROW & COOK MUSTARD GREENS
As far back as 1973, I can remember sowing, picking, packing, and delivering mustard greens to Ingles, Farmer's Market, and the S&W Cafeteria. I was probably 30 years old before I could bring myself to eat them ... well except on New Years Day with black eyed peas (for money and good luck)
